Website Creation/Maintenance |
| All websites which are designed and maintained by the domain hosting service
provided through and by CherryGod Webdesign and are included in the webdesign package.
Ownership of domain names are retained by CherryGod Webdesign for the length of the
contract. Contracts are for a one year period. If you wish to acquire ownership of a
domain name after the first year you may renew your contract with CherryGod Webdesign or
purchase ownership of the domain name. Webdesign services are offered on an hourly
basis. The terms of the contract are for domain ownership purposes only. If you do not
require webdesign during anytime during that one year period you will not be billed. All
costs for domain hosting are included in your original quote for design.
Possible Includes: Flash Intro Page; Shopping Cart; Interactive
Discussion Groups, Chatrooms, Blogs, Interactive Database; the list goes
on and on.
When you describe what you want on your site we will make
an assessment of the best site plan for your needs. The
quote is a contractual agreement to keep your design within these limits and unless you
ask for additions after the original site description you will not be obligated to pay any
additional fees for limits ran over. If you however, make additional
requests or additions after the original quote you will be charged for those
additions at a rate of $45 p/hr, and an increase in your
hosting/registration package fees to the next level.

**Maintenance is necessary on some types of sites. If you require maintenance on your
site after creation this will also be done on an hourly basis with no hidden or additional
monthly costs. If your site requires no changes or additional maintenance after the
original creation you will not be charged until the following year when your
registration & hosting comes up for renewal.
***Database Creation is not included in basic site
creation rates. Databases, programs, and scripts will be charged a $45 an
hour rate for installation, creation and initiation. Databases can be
anywhere from simple, (1 hr), to extremely complex (40 hrs). Please keep
this in mind when considering features for your site. Shopping carts are a
form of database and are not included in basic design rates.
You may use your own personal logos and images but we cannot be responsible for any
copyrighted material you may provide us to use. You may also choose to have our graphic
artists create a company logo or images to your specifications. Charges vary depending on
image size and detail and type.
